MMP Consultancy Limited is supporting a social housing provider in Norfolk with recruitment for a Director of Tenant Services. This full-time, permanent role is based in Norfolk with hybrid working.

The post requires strategic leadership of Housing, Independent Living and Rent & Income services, delivering high-quality landlord services and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will report to the COO, lead service transformation, and work with the Board to inform decisions and oversee performance.
