Deputy Shop Manager – Lead Volunteers & Sales (Part-Time)

ExtraCare is recruiting a Deputy Shop Manager for a new charity shop in Preston, Lancashire. The role is part-time (28.5 hours per week) at £12.71 per hour, with a stated annualised equivalent of about £18,886 for the FTE.

You will support the Shop Manager, recruit and motivate volunteers, and maintain stock and store standards. The position includes pension, life cover, Employee Assistance Programme and generous annual leave.
