Senior Residential Childcare Team Leader

Madiba Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Support Worker/Team Leader to lead shifts in a children’s residential home and support young people aged 7–18. You will supervise staff, contribute to care plans and risk assessments, and maintain meticulous records.

The role requires an NVQ/Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare, experience in a children’s residential setting, and a full UK driving licence. Weekend, evening, and sleep-in duties are included on a rolling rota.
