Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to deliver integrated plans that grow the brand and engage customers across channels. You will bridge strategy and execution, supporting launches, campaigns and performance analysis with the EU Marketing team.

You will collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing and Agencies to ensure on-brand activity and commercial alignment, while staying adaptable in a fast-paced beauty environment.
