Head of Finance — Strategic Growth Leader (Manufacturing)

Alexander Steele Recruitment is seeking a Head of Finance for a Suffolk-based manufacturing business. The role leads the finance function, shaping strategic financial direction and partnering with the MD and senior leadership to drive profitability and growth.

The successful candidate will have ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, and proven experience leading finance in a £50m+ manufacturing environment, delivering robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls while developing the finance team.
