Demonstrate close attention to detailn n WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEn n
Experience: You have a minimum of 2+ years of General Management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment. You are a seasoned operator who knows how to run a business.n
Customer Satisfaction: You are obsessed with the guest experience and have the numbers to prove it. You have a track record of driving customer satisfaction scores, increasing engagement, and consistently delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews.n
Financial Expertise: You have full P&L ownership. You are an expert at driving top-line sales, managing complex budgets, and controlling costs (Labour/COGS) to maximise GP without compromising on quality.n
Strategic Leadership: You don’t just manage a team; you build a culture. You have a history of developing managers, planning succession, and creating a strong talent pipeline.n
