Overview

In this Recruitment Resourcer role you will support experienced Consultants by sourcing and engaging engineers for IC Resources’ clients in semiconductors, electronics, software, AI and emerging tech. You’ll work on candidate outreach, job adverts, interview coordination and active searches to connect talent with cutting-edge companies. The role sits on a warm, collaborative desk with structured training and clear paths to progression. You will contribute to a high-growth tech recruitment business and help scale talent acquisition across a global market. Expect hands-on learning from day one and a trajectory toward a Consultant role.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates across databases and LinkedIn
• Write job adverts and screen applications
• Discuss candidates’ experience and aspirations
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Support consultants with active searches and vacancies
• Work towards defined activity and quality targets
