In this role you will lead a growing disputes practice in South Wales, focusing on public sector, procurement and commercial litigation. You will work to expand client relationships across the Welsh public sector and drive strategic growth while mentoring junior lawyers. Responsibilities
- Lead complex procurement and public sector litigation matters
- Advise on contractual, commercial and governance-related disputes
- Develop and strengthen relationships across the Welsh public sector market
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to strategic growth
- Mentor junior lawyers and help shape a high-performing team
Key requirements
- Substantial experience handling disputes involving public bodies, procurement challenges and regulated environments
- Strong reputation in the market and commercial awareness
- Ability to lead clients and colleagues with confidence
