Senior Director, AI Commercial Business Partner – Europe & Canada

Overview

Senior leader driving AI-enabled commercial impact across Oncology in Europe & Canada. You translate business needs into scalable AI use cases and own the full lifecycle from ideation to decommissioning, partnering with regional and enterprise AI teams. You’ll align AI programs with regional business priorities, drive adoption, and ensure value realization while navigating governance and compliance. Responsibilities

• Own AI program lifecycle from ideation to decommissioning and ensure measurable business impact
• Translate business needs into well-scoped AI use cases with clear metrics and data requirements
• Co-lead delivery with enterprise AI teams to ensure solutions fit real workflows and local systems
• Champion change management, AI literacy, and governance to scale AI across operations
• Define and monitor KPIs and adoption metrics to realize ROI and sustain value
• Develop and maintain AI roadmaps aligned with business, medical, access, and R&D priorities
• Build and manage partnerships with Commercial AI, Global Business Services, and other Enterprise technology teams
• Serve as the single business owner for AI solutions in the therapy area, market, or function

Key requirements

• Substantial proven experience leading transformation programs in commercial pharma
• Strong analytical and communication skills in a matrixed organization
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities with a consultative approach
• Operationally organized with strong follow-through and process discipline
• Financial acumen including forecasts, budgets and tools
• Proactive, influential, and able to prioritize in a fast-growing environment
• Experience in strategic planning processes and project management tools
