Asset Finance Business Growth Associate (Hybrid – UK)

New Leaf Search is partnering with an established UK Asset Finance organisation to recruit a Business Development Associate for Southampton, hybrid role with 2 days in the office. You will work with the external sales team to attract, negotiate and convert customer proposals, while managing introducers and prospects.

The role covers asset finance across construction, transport and machine tools, with emphasis on relationship management and sales administration.
