Aftersales Support Specialist – Booking & Liaison

Big Motoring World is recruiting a Customer Support Advisor to join our Aftersales team based at Head Office in Gillingham. The role is the main point of contact for customers and third-party garages, coordinating bookings and ensuring a streamlined process.

This full-time, permanent position offers 40 hours per week with no weekends, and includes a company pension, employee discount, free parking, on-site gym and on-site parking at our Gillingham location.
