Central Operations Associate – Resident Experience & Finance

Greystar seeks a Central Customer Service Advisor in the UK to support Canvas and Chapter PBSA properties. You will perform day-to-day operations across five disciplines, handling arrears, payments, welfare referrals, and compliance tasks within a rotating central team.

You’ll work on debt and finance administration, move-in communications, and central resident services, collaborating with CAM/COM and site teams, while maintaining accurate records and compliant processes.
