Deputy Manager, Residential Children’s Home (LD) – Hands-on

Dovetail and Slate is seeking a Deputy Manager for a therapeutic 2-bed residential children’s home supporting young people with learning disabilities. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain Ofsted compliance and deliver high-quality, trainee-friendly care.

The role combines hands-on care with rota management and staff supervision, requiring flexibility across shifts to ensure a safe, nurturing environment for the children.
