Child Maintenance Service is seeking a Customer Insight and Analysis Officer to gather, analyse and communicate feedback from customers to improve services and outcomes. You will link customers with operational teams and senior leaders to embed the customer voice in decisions.
You will collect data from surveys, complaints and focus groups, map customer journeys and provide evidence-based recommendations to transform service delivery in CMS.
