Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor

Cadence Search Ltd is seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor in Birmingham to ensure high standards of HSW across the region. You will develop policies, deliver training, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents and provide first-line advice to site teams.

Working with construction site managers and contractors, you will maintain records, monitor compliance with legislation and company standards, and help build a proactive health and safety culture across projects.
