Therapeutic Youth Residential Care Worker – Flexible Shifts

The Sycamores – Stafford, part of Esland, seeks a Children’s Residential Support Worker to provide nurturing and therapeutic care for looked-after children in a warm, supportive home. You’ll build trusting relationships, support daily living, and help young people engage in activities and education.

Requirements include a UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, being 21+, and a willingness to complete training; prior childcare experience is welcome.
