Senior Residential Childcare Lead — Therapeutic Support

Empower Family Group is seeking a dedicated residential childcare worker to support children and young people under 18 in our homes. You will provide high-quality therapeutic care, maintain records, and promote independence in a family-like setting.

We offer a 2 days on/4 days off shift pattern, 16 hours per day with a sleep-in. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent is essential, along with 2+ years of residential experience and a UK driving licence.
