Senior Residential Childcare Lead—Trauma-Informed Care

Keyline Care in Sutton-in-Ashfield is seeking a Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker to provide care to young people and to guide the wider team. You will lead shifts, model therapeutic practice, and embed approaches such as DDP and PACE to help young people feel safe, valued and supported to grow.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £33,500–£36,500 and a strong induction with opportunities for progression.
