Hybrid Account Liaison: FMCG Operations & Planning

THG is seeking a highly organised Account Liaison Officer to join our fast-paced co-manufacturing division, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. This role sits at the heart of the partnership between external co-manufacturing partners and THG’s internal teams.

You will own day-to-day customer communication, manage forecasts, purchase orders, production timelines and stock reconciliations, ensuring a smooth end-to-end process from inception to dispatch.
