THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity for a property lawyer to join its growing team.
n
With 2-6pqe and commercial property and / or secured lending experience, you will manage your own caseload across commercial property and secured lending, to deliver an outstanding service to a diverse and loyal client base that includes institutional lenders, property investors, and developers.

Key responsibilities:
n
Managing a varied caseload of commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and lease transactionsn Advising both lenders and borrowers on secured lending matters including bridging finance, buy-to-let, and development financen Conducting due diligence on investment property and portfolio transactionsn Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, legal charges, and other security documentationn Handling landlord and tenant work including lease renewals, licences, and lease restructuringn Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiativesn Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm's other offices

ABOUT YOU
n
Ideally you will have:
n
Experience acting for both lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactionsn Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbaln Strong commercial awareness and client relationship management skillsn Familiarity with Leap case management software highly desirablen Residential property experience beneficial but not essential
