The Rolen
Lead and manage a diverse caseload of complex, high-value commercial disputes across multiple sectors.n
Handle matters including:n
Commercial & international disputesn
Shareholder, partnership, and director disputesn
Fraud, insolvency, and asset recoveryn
Restructuring and related disputesn
Source and generate new work, leveraging your established referral network.n
Play a pivotal role in developing the team and expanding the firm's disputes practice.n

The Candidate We are seeking a Partner (or ambitious Legal Director/Senior Associate) who can demonstrate:n
A strong track record of originating and managing high-value disputes.n
A proven ability to attract new clients and build long-term relationships.n
Commercial acumen and strategic thinking to help shape and grow the department.n
The ambition to progress towards equity partnership.n
