Site Launch & Continuous Improvement Manager

Refresco is recruiting a Site Implementation Manager at Pontefract to lead the introduction of new products, processes and launches into manufacturing. You’ll partner with Operations, NPD, customers and suppliers to deliver launches on time while meeting quality and regulatory requirements.

The role requires hands-on project coordination in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, with a focus on continuous improvement, HACCP and process optimisation. Refresco values agility and collaboration.
