Head Sushi Chef – Lead Luxury Pan-Asian Kitchen

Fundamental Hospitality Group’s Shanghai Me in London is seeking an experienced Sushi Head Chef to lead our sushi operation in a luxury Pan-Asian venue. You will own the sushi section, oversee preparation and presentation, and guide a talented team in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will work with the senior culinary team, uphold high standards of fish handling, hygiene and HACCP, and drive consistency across service.
