Total Recruitment Group is working with an exciting client who is looking for a Trainee Crewing & Travel Manager to join their growing operations team.n nThis is a varied and rewarding position where you will coordinate the mobilisation of crew members working across a fleet of specialist work boats and vessels throughout the UK, Europe and Worldwide destinations.n nIf you enjoy organising people, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity.n nYou will build trusted relationships with crew members, acting as a key point of contact throughout their assignments. Providing day to day support, listen with empathy and help to resolve concerns where possible.n nExperience within travel coordination, logistics, airline operations or administration would be highly desirable, however, attitude over industry experience will be considered. Training for the role will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within marine operations.n nn nWhat You'll Be Doingn nYou'll play a key role in ensuring our vessels are fully crewed and our personnel arrive safely and on time.n nYour responsibilities will include:n n* Recruiting and coordinating crew membersn n* Monitoring crew availability and identifying staffing gapsn n* Coordinating crew changes and vessel mobilisationn n* Liaising with recruitment agencies and external partnersn n* Communicating daily with crew members, clients and operational teamsn n* Responding quickly to changing operational prioritiesn n* Organising door to door domestic and international traveln n* Booking flights, accommodation and transportn n* Managing accurate travel compliance records for passports and visa documentationn n* Arranging PPE and on-boarding requirementsn n* Updating information on our in-house crewing systemn nn nOur client is looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:n n* Friendly and approachable with a positive outlook.
