Identity & Access Leader: IAM, PAM & Governance

National Highways is seeking a Lead Identity Manager to head Identity and Access Management, governance, privileged access, and authentication services across critical environments. You will lead Identity Governance and Assurance, Vetting Services, Joiners/Movers/Leavers, and ensure access control aligns with policies and risk management.

Hybrid role requiring two days in the office and possible travel across the UK. SC clearance may be required; residency considerations apply in vetting process.
