Willow Lodge in Redhill, operated by EQ Care Group, seeks a Universal Care Companion to provide daily living support in a warm, home-like setting. You will help with cooking, cleaning, personal care, and medication in a close-knit household of residents.

Willow Lodge opens Spring 2026 as a 78-bed facility focusing on dementia and elderly care. Full training and ongoing development are provided within a caring, relationship-led environment.
