Leaders in Care is opening a brand-new luxury care home in early 2027 and seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead from the outset. This role requires commissioning the new service, building a high-performing team and establishing a strong culture from day one.
You will oversee day-to-day leadership, focusing on quality, governance, people and occupancy, and ensure readiness for CQC registration and inspection as the service launches and grows.
