Novuna is seeking a Quality Assurance Monitoring Manager to lead a team of 8 and deliver the QA strategy across a regulated environment. This 12-month secondment offers hybrid working (1-2 office days per week) with potential for permanent appointment.

You will oversee QA activity, ensure consistent assessment standards, and turn insights into improvements. Collaboration with Operations, Risk & Compliance and stakeholders will be essential to deliver fair customer outcomes.
