In-House Counsel – Corporate, Governance & Regulation (Hybrid)

Taylor Root is assisting a listed global FS company in London to hire a Legal Counsel on a fixed term contract until September 2027. You will report to the Deputy Group General Counsel and collaborate with the Group General Counsel to support commercial, corporate governance and regulatory matters.

This in-house role offers exposure to board and committee support, regulatory obligations and governance documentation, along with strategic projects within a regulated environment.
