Housing Disrepair Team Leader — Lead & Hands-On Caseload

Simpson Judge in Liverpool is seeking a Housing Disrepair Team Leader to head a growing team while maintaining a personal caseload. You will lead Fee Earners and Paralegals, ensuring targets are met and client care remains outstanding.

This hands-on leadership role combines supervision with active case work. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ litigation experience, strong Housing Disrepair knowledge, and a passion for developing others.
