Remote Recruitment & Compliance Specialist (Portugal)

Delivery Mates is seeking a proactive Recruitment & Compliance Assistant to support high-volume hiring and workforce compliance across our UK and Portuguese operations.

Based in Portugal and primarily remote, you will coordinate recruitment activities, manage candidate communications in English and Portuguese, and ensure Right to Work and document checks are completed before start dates. Occasional Lisbon office attendance may be required.
