Food Production Picker: Temp-to-Perm, KPI-Driven Pace

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a proactive Warehouse Picker to join a fast-paced food production warehouse on a temp-to-perm basis. You will pick orders with handheld scanners and use WMS, supporting accurate and efficient stock management.

Shifts 08:00 to 17:00, Start ASAP, pay £12.71 per hour via agency, rising to £13.40 per hour when permanent. It’s a physically active role requiring lifting 12–15 kg, in a team setting with daily KPI targets.
