Job Overview
Staffline Recruitment Ireland is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy cold store and dispatch operation based in Dungannon.
This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role involving regular heavy lifting, manual handling and general warehouse duties. The successful candidates will play an important role in ensuring products are handled efficiently and prepared for dispatch, while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Loading, unloading and moving stock within the warehouse.
- Carrying out regular heavy lifting and manual handling duties.
- Working efficiently within a busy, temperature-controlled cold store environment.
- Ensuring orders are processed accurately and within required deadlines.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Supporting colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
Essential Requirements
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out regular heavy lifting.
- Comfortable working in a cold store environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Strong teamwork skills with a flexible approach to duties.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous warehouse or dispatch experience is desirable but not essential.
