General Manager – Belfast – Exclusive opportunity
MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established, growing organisation operating across the UK and Europe as they look to add a General Manager to their team, in this full-time permanent opportunity.
The role:
You will shape business growth, strengthen client relationships and lead a multi-disciplinary operation. You’ll develop new opportunities, grow key accounts and drive performance across sales, service delivery and compliance.
The main responsibilities:
- Winning new business and developing long-term client relationships.
- Driving revenue, profitability and margin across temporary, contract and permanent recruitment.
- Leading and developing teams across the recruitment business.
- Improving operational delivery, workforce mobilisation and client service.
- Setting clear targets and reporting on performance, pipeline and forecasts.
The successful candidate:
- Senior leadership experience in recruitment, labour supply, workforce solutions or technical staffing.
- A strong track record in business development and growing profitable accounts.
- Experience managing commercial performance, including revenue and margins.
- A background in project-led sectors such as engineering, construction, energy, utilities, data centres or infrastructure (desirable).
