Remote Order Management & Logistics Specialist

SRG is seeking a proactive Customer Order Management & Logistics Support Specialist to manage end-to-end customer orders remotely (UK based). You will ensure accurate fulfilment, deliver excellent service, and coordinate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to resolve issues.

The role requires 1–2 years in Order Management or related fields, strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills, and excellent communication. You will support on-time delivery targets and contribute to process improvements.
