Community Outreach Advisor — Benefits & Advice

Citizens Advice in York is looking for an advisor to provide high quality, generalist advice and support to people in the York and District area. The role involves helping clients across a range of issues, including benefits, via in-person sessions, phone calls, and email correspondence.
