Senior Industrialisation Engineer – Lean Manufacturing Leader

Safran is seeking a Senior Industrialisation Engineer to drive manufacturing readiness, process validation and cost targets for new and modified products. You will own defined work packages, champion DFMA and lead a small team through the product lifecycle.

You will apply OneSafran standards and lean methods, mentor juniors, and collaborate with Design, Quality, Supply Chain and Ops to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.
