Clinical Lead GP – Urgent Care Leadership & Quality

PHL Group seeks an experienced Clinical Lead GP to provide clinical leadership across Urgent Care Centres in Sandwell and Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. This full-time role includes governance, quality improvement, recruitment support and safeguarding excellence.

You will lead clinical quality assurance, oversee audits, and work with the Medical Director to ensure high standards of patient care across the service.
