With a senior leadership appointment also forming part of the department’s longer-term plans, the successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to develop alongside an experienced departmental leader and play an important role in the team’s future.
The Opportunity
Manage a varied caseload covering corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, and commercial agreements.
Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, commercial contracts and other corporate documentation.
Advise businesses on corporate governance, restructuring and general commercial matters.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients while contributing to new business opportunities.
Work closely with the department’s senior leadership and wider commercial teams.

About You
You’ll ideally have at least 3 years’ PQE with experience across Corporate and Commercial matters, although candidates with strong transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
You’ll be confident managing transactions, advising clients and working both independently and collaboratively.
The firm is particularly interested in someone with the ambition to progress into a more senior position over time, who enjoys building client relationships and wants to play a meaningful role in the continued development of a department.
