Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact and handle ad hoc queries
• Manage progress on active accounting assignments within the portfolio
• Assess team performance, motivation, and resource needs
• Foster professional relationships to encourage client referrals to Armstrong Watson LLP

Key requirements

• A qualified Accountant (ICAEW, ACCA or ICAS)
• Experience preparing non-statutory, sole trader and partnership accounts and statutory financial statements per UK GAAP
• Knowledge of UK taxes (Personal Tax, Corporation Tax, VAT, PAYE)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Understanding of other firm services to identify referral opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable to audience
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues
