You will lead civil engineering projects in London and surrounding areas, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while coordinating with clients, design teams and subcontractors. Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects from concept to completion
- Provide clear leadership to the management team
- Liaise with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and on-site resources
- Ensure projects run on time and on budget
- Provide weekly reports to the Director
- Assess project risks and tender packages
- Monitor installation/quality on site until completion
- Ensure Safety Management Systems are in place and functioning
- Develop project scope with design team and client
- Produce budgets and client reports
- Tender report/analysis/recommendations
Key requirements
- 3+ years in a similar position
- Experience managing a team of Project Managers
- Computer literate
- Commercially and contractually aware
