Overview

In this role you will advise on and implement employee incentive and share schemes for a Top 40 law firm. You will work within a dedicated incentives team to provide corporate support and tax-related advice on advisory projects. You’ll collaborate across departments to align incentive programs with the firm’s client and business goals. Responsibilities

• Design and implement employee incentive plans and share schemes
• Provide corporate support for incentive structures
• Deliver tax-related advice linked to incentives
• Contribute to advisory projects within the incentives team

Key requirements

• 1–4 PQE
• E&W qualified
