A Wandsworth SEN school needs a practical Design Technology Technician who can keep workshop learning safe, organised and accessible for pupils with a wide range of needs.

What you will do

• Prepare tools, materials and adapted resources for practical lessons.
• Check equipment, maintain accurate inventories and follow workshop safety procedures.
• Support staff and pupils with safe use of tools during structured activities.
• Adapt practical resources for physical, sensory and communication needs.
• Keep work areas orderly and respond reliably to day-to-day department priorities.

What you will bring

• Relevant workshop, technical, school or practical-support experience.
• Strong organisation and a careful approach to equipment and risk management.
• Clear communication, teamwork and safeguarding awareness.
• QTS is not required for this school-support role.
