Corporate Tax Manager

Overview

In this role you provide broad corporate tax advisory across restructures, M&A, MBOs, diligence, succession planning, and incentives, while leading and reviewing complex work. You will work with a varied client base including entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses, international groups, and investment entities. You’ll be involved in client meetings alongside partners, mentor junior team members, and help develop new business opportunities. The position blends advisory depth with cross-border exposure in a collaborative, growth-focused firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise on restructures, M&A, MBOs, and succession planning
• Lead tax due diligence and complex corporate tax work
• Advise on capital allowances and R&D tax relief
• Engage directly in client meetings and advisory discussions
• Develop and supervise junior team members
• Help originate and work on new client work
• Provide tax guidance across international and entrepreneurial client base

Key requirements

• Experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Assistant Manager ready to step up
