Assistant Store Manager – Retail Tools & Hardware Lead

Machine Mart is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Acton Round store in Shropshire. You will work with the Store Manager to run daily store operations, supervise a small team of 4-6, and drive outstanding customer service and sales performance.

You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, mentoring staff, and building rapport with customers while maintaining accurate records and product knowledge. This role offers up to 45 hours per week and benefits as listed.
