Assistant Store Manager — Lead a Retail Team & Grow

Farmfoods is seeking a proactive Assistant Store Manager for our Northampton shop. The role is full-time, 43 hours over 5 days with regular weekend shifts.

You will work closely with the shop manager to run an efficient store, support coaching and development for a small team, and help manage costs while delivering excellent customer service.
