Role Overview
You will support the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, helping ensure customer orders are picked,packedand dispatched accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in doing a jobproperlyand works well as part of a team.
Previouswarehouse experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided on our systems,processesand ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack orders securely and to the required standard.
- Prepare and process orders for dispatch.
- Move andorganisestock within the warehouse.
- Assistwith receiving and putting away incoming stock.
- Ensure stock is stored safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean,organisedand safe working environment.
Support the wider warehouse and distribution team asrequired.
Requirements
- Reliable,punctualand hardworking.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable carrying out practical, hands-on work.
- Able to work efficiently whilstmaintainingaccuracy.
- Organisedand able to follow established processes.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work full-time,40 hoursper week at our Holton Heath site.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previousexperience working within a warehouse environment.
- Experience withpicking, packing,dispatchor stock movement.
- Previousexperience working within an e-commerce,retailor distribution environment.
