Onsite IT Field Engineer – Travel‑Ready Support

Curium Pharma is seeking an IT Field Service Technician to ensure continuous operation of end-user IT equipment across multiple Birmingham sites. The role is primarily on-site with regular travel within the region and occasional remote support to global teams.

You will install, deploy and maintain computers, printers, servers, and peripherals; handle incidents via Freshservice; and assist users with onboarding and security practices. A degree in IT and strong communication are essential.
