Public Health Nurse – Children & Families Advocate

Somerset Council is seeking a Community Staff Nurse in Public Health Nursing to deliver the Healthy Child Programme from antenatal to five years. You will work with Health Visitors and partner organisations to promote health, assess needs, and deliver care across family homes, clinics and community settings.

We value safeguarding, timely assessments and compassionate, inclusive care. A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across Somerset are required.
