Bank Youth Housing Support Worker – Brighton

YMCA DownsLink Group is seeking Bank Supported Housing Support Workers to join our Brighton and Hove high support services. You will work with young people aged 16-25 with complex needs, helping them manage daily living activities, budgets and self-care in a safe, supportive environment.

You will provide practical and emotional support, build trusted relationships, and help navigate housing, education and employment opportunities.
